Transformation risk is a relationship problem, not a size problem

Transformation risk is governed less by the absolute size of change than by the dynamic relationship between Change Load, Coupling and Execution Capacity. This assessment maps your transformation against the 17 failure mechanisms of the Galapagos Transformation Execution Risk Model and returns a shareable, anonymous heatmap.

What you get. A 17-mechanism heatmap of your transformation's current conditions, plus a macro read of Change Load, Coupling and Execution Capacity. Around 15 to 20 minutes. Your results page is anonymous and reachable only by a private link you control.
Galapagos is an evidence-informed, testable model of transformation execution risk. It identifies conditions and mechanisms that can increase or reduce execution risk. It does not predict the probability that a transformation will fail and it is not a statistically calibrated risk score.
